Mr. Collins is Senior Managing Director and Partner. In addition, he serves as Chief Investment Officer of NMS Capital Realty Advisors. He has 20 years of experience in the real estate private equity sector. He started his career as an attorney at several leading international corporate law firms, including serving as a Partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis. His legal practice focused on complex business transactions in the real estate industry, and included advising some of the world’s leading private equity firms and real estate operating companies.
After leaving private practice, Mr. Collins became the Managing Director-General Counsel of Hackman Capital Partners, LLC (“HCP”) where, in addition to overseeing all HCP’s legal functions, he was a member of HCP’s Investment Committee and its Management Committee. During his tenure at HCP, Mr. Collins was part of a senior team that acquired over $700 million of real estate and grew HCP’s holdings from 3 million square feet to over 16 million square feet across 9 states. Immediately prior to NMS, Mr. Collins served as a Managing Director at an investment advisory firm focused on transactions in the real estate, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. He has deep experience in sourcing, structuring, and managing real estate investments across all major asset classes, and has been involved as an investor, attorney, or lead advisor in over $10 billion of transaction value. Mr. Chandran is Managing Director of the firm. In addition, Mr. Chandran is Managing Director at NMS Capital Advisors, LLC, a global focused investment banking firm. Mr. Chandran is a senior level banker and specialist in structured and corporate financing. Prior to NMS, Mr. Chandran founded a boutique advisory firm having raised and deployed over $800 million. Prior to that, Mr. Chandran served as Managing Director at Wachovia Bank in their Structured Finance Group overseeing the Western United States division. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Senior Underwriter for the Citibank Private Bank Structured Finance Group and Corporate Finance Group in New York where he created loan platforms for private equity, alternative investments, real estate and intellectual property assets. Prior to Citibank, Mr. Chandran was Vice President and Senior Underwriter at Whirpool Financial and CIT Group.
Over his 35 year career in financial services, Mr. Chandran has sourced, structured and closed in excess of $10 billion in global transactions overseeing all aspects of deal structuring, underwriting, contract negotiations and risk management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Financing and Marketing from New York University.
Senior Managing Director, Partner – EMEA Region
Mr. Llewellyn Jones is the Senior Managing Director, EMEA, for NMS Capital Group, a globally focused private equity investment firm. He also acts as the NMS Capital Advisors consultant in Europe providing our clients with a European link for their activities outside of the US.
Prior to NMS Capital, Mr. Llewellyn Jones was Managing Director and Head of Emerging Markets Loan Sales and Trading at RBS in London. Mr. Llewellyn Jones has held a number of senior roles at leading European and US banks with their Capital Markets businesses building and leading trading and advisory groups. He served as a board director of the Loan Market Association for a number of years. Mr. Llewellyn Jones trained as lawyer before beginning a career in banking with NatWest Markets and then moving to the US for a number of years with GE’s Capital Markets business to lead their Telecoms Financing Group between 1999 and 2001 before returning to the UK to lead GE’s syndicate business.

Trevor M. Saliba

Mr. Saliba is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of NMS Capital Group, LLC a global focused merchant banking, venture capital and private equity investment firm with investments across multiple asset classes ranging from real estate, financial services, technology, media and manufacturing. In addition, he is the Managing Partner of its consulting and advisory spinoff, NMS Consulting, Inc., a global strategic advisory firm specializing in management consulting, corporate advisory and strategic communications. Mr. Saliba has also served as Chairman and CEO of NMS Capital Advisors, LLC, the former investment banking arm of NMS Capital Group until its sale in 2018. Under Mr. Saliba’s leadership (since 2012), the investment bank achieved cumulative sales growth of over 5,100% with annual compounded sales growth in excess of 120%. The investment bank was consistently ranked among the Top 10 investment banks by the Los Angeles Business Journal with Mr. Saliba having also been nominated as one of the “Most Influential Investment Bankers” in 2018.
Previously, Mr. Saliba was Managing Director-Asia Pacific (Hong Kong, India, Singapore) for Platinum Capital, Ltd., a London based hedge fund manager with over $800 million is assets under management based from the firm’s Los Angeles and Hong Kong offices. Prior to that, Mr. Saliba served as a principal advisor to a Los Angeles based family office advising on both public and private investments, private equity, real estate and venture capital. Mr. Saliba began his financial services industry career with Morgan Stanley in 1995.
Mr. Saliba is alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program and holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He is the former past President of the Los Angeles/Orange County Chapter for the Global Association of Risk Professionals. Current professional memberships include the Association for Corporate Growth – Los Angeles Chapter, Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) – Global One Chapter. In 2018, Mr. Saliba became a Milken Institute Associate.
Joe Tagliaferro, Esq.

Mr. Tagliaferro serves as Senior Managing Director & General Counsel. He is a practicing attorney and partner with CKR Law, LLP. Mr. Tagliaferro has extensive legal and operational experience in corporate finance, securities, private equity, real estate, investment fund formation and compliance, asset management and broker-dealer formation and compliance, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory, governmental and internal investigations.
Mr. Tagliaferro is a partner at CKR Law, LLP a global law firm. Prior to CKR Law, he was a founder and managing partner of Tagliaferro & LoPresti, LLP, a boutique law firm focused on corporate capital formation and financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, SEC compliance and cross-border transactions. Before founding Tagliaferro & LoPresti, he served as Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs of Elephant Systems, Inc., a Los Angeles-based venture capital incubator firm. He has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur as well as an accomplished attorney. He brings a wealth of business, legal and financial advisory experience to his clients and projects. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University, and his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, CA. He is admitted to practice law in California and is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (Los Angeles) and the Los Angeles Venture Association.
Based in New York, Mr. Tosbath serves as Managing Director of the firm and Senior Managing Director of NMS Capital Advisors overseeing the firm’s private equity and specialty financing group having raised and advised on more than $3 billion in private fund investments. Mr. Tosbath has over 20 years of experience in the international financial markets. He concluded Republic National Bank of New York’s management training program in 1985 and joined their International Lending Department, concentrating on developing banking relationships in Europe and was a member of the credit committee. Subsequently, Mr. Tosbath joined the capital markets group of the bank and traded international bonds. He became Manager of the International Capital Markets group and was responsible for sales and trading. In 1991, he joined Swiss Bank Corporation as Director of fixed-income sales in New York and was responsible for US global investor coverage for cash and derivative products. He was transferred to London to rebuild SBC’s fixed income presence in the Middle East region. In 1997, he joined Gfta analytics in London as Managing Director, head of marketing for the Middle East and was a member of their Executive Board.
