Mr. Collins is Senior Managing Director and Partner. In addition, he serves as Chief Investment Officer of NMS Capital Realty Advisors. He has 20 years of experience in the real estate private equity sector. He started his career as an attorney at several leading international corporate law firms, including serving as a Partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis. His legal practice focused on complex business transactions in the real estate industry, and included advising some of the world’s leading private equity firms and real estate operating companies.
After leaving private practice, Mr. Collins became the Managing Director-General Counsel of Hackman Capital Partners, LLC (“HCP”) where, in addition to overseeing all HCP’s legal functions, he was a member of HCP’s Investment Committee and its Management Committee. During his tenure at HCP, Mr. Collins was part of a senior team that acquired over $700 million of real estate and grew HCP’s holdings from 3 million square feet to over 16 million square feet across 9 states. Immediately prior to NMS, Mr. Collins served as a Managing Director at an investment advisory firm focused on transactions in the real estate, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. He has deep experience in sourcing, structuring, and managing real estate investments across all major asset classes, and has been involved as an investor, attorney, or lead advisor in over $10 billion of transaction value. Mr. Collins holds degrees from the University of Chicago and the University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice law in New York and California.
Senior Managing Director, Partner – EMEA Region
Mr Llewellyn-Jones has 25 years of financial markets experience at senior levels with leading financial institutions such as NatWest Markets, GE, Merrill Lynch, ING and RBS within their Capital Markets and Corporate Finance divisions. He served as a Director of the Loan Market Association in London and oversaw the creation of the secondary loan market in Europe and the distressed loan trading market in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has particular experience in the FinTech and TMT sectors having headed GE’s leveraged and vendor finance syndication unit in New York. His recent experience is related to fund vehicle creation, special asset classes and fund structuring and he served as a Director of an Isle of Man structured vehicle until 2018, and advisor to Jersey private fund vehicle until 2015. He holds an LLB (Hons) Law degree from Middlesex University.
Mr. Mansourian joined the firm in 2012 and serves as Vice President. In addition, he is a Senior Manager with NMS Consulting. He has an 11-year track record as both a management consultant and investment banker, advising clients on valuation, capital markets, structured financing, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and general corporate strategy. Mr. Mansourian served as Vice President while at NMS Capital Advisors, when the company achieved cumulative sales growth of over 5,100% with annual compounded sales growth in excess of 120% from 2012 to 2017. With over $5 billion in completed transactions, the investment bank consistently ranked among the Top 10 investment banks by the Los Angeles Business Journal. Mr. Mansourian holds an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree from UCLA.
Trevor M. Saliba

Mr. Saliba is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of NMS Capital Group, LLC a global focused merchant banking, venture capital and private equity investment firm with investments across multiple asset classes ranging from real estate, financial services, technology, media and manufacturing. In addition, he is the Managing Partner of its consulting and advisory spinoff, NMS Consulting, Inc., a global strategic advisory firm specializing in management consulting, corporate advisory and strategic communications. Mr. Saliba has also served as Chairman and CEO of NMS Capital Advisors, LLC, the former investment banking arm of NMS Capital Group until its sale in 2018. Under Mr. Saliba’s leadership (since 2012), the investment bank achieved cumulative sales growth of over 5,100% with annual compounded sales growth in excess of 120%. The investment bank was consistently ranked among the Top 10 investment banks by the Los Angeles Business Journal with Mr. Saliba having also been nominated as one of the “Most Influential Investment Bankers” in 2018.
Previously, Mr. Saliba was Managing Director-Asia Pacific (Hong Kong, India, Singapore) for Platinum Capital, Ltd., a London based hedge fund manager with over $800 million is assets under management based from the firm’s Los Angeles and Hong Kong offices. Prior to that, Mr. Saliba served as a principal advisor to a Los Angeles based family office advising on both public and private investments, private equity, real estate and venture capital. Mr. Saliba began his financial services industry career with Morgan Stanley in 1995.
Mr. Saliba is alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program and holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He is the former past President of the Los Angeles/Orange County Chapter for the Global Association of Risk Professionals. Current professional memberships include the Association for Corporate Growth – Los Angeles Chapter, Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) – Global One Chapter. In 2018, Mr. Saliba became a Milken Institute Associate.
Based in New York, Mr. Tosbath serves as Managing Director of the firm overseeing the firm’s private equity and specialty financing group having raised and advised on more than $3 billion in private fund investments. Mr. Tosbath has over 20 years of experience in the international financial markets. He concluded Republic National Bank of New York’s management training program in 1985 and joined their International Lending Department, concentrating on developing banking relationships in Europe and was a member of the credit committee. Subsequently, Mr. Tosbath joined the capital markets group of the bank and traded international bonds. He became Manager of the International Capital Markets group and was responsible for sales and trading. In 1991, he joined Swiss Bank Corporation as Director of fixed-income sales in New York and was responsible for US global investor coverage for cash and derivative products. He was transferred to London to rebuild SBC’s fixed income presence in the Middle East region. In 1997, he joined Gfta analytics in London as Managing Director, head of marketing for the Middle East and was a member of their Executive Board.
